Our Simulation and Integrative Learning Institute (SAIL) at UIC has a standard evaluation that has a likert scale addressing the goals/objectives/content, facilitator, environment, overall. It also has freetext questions about three things the learner learned that day, something they found to be specifically helpful, and something that can be done differently to improve the program.
Our evaluation form is pretty standard, 5 point likert scale on satisfaction and if we are meeting needs, a bit on the effectiveness of facilitator.
We are updating our simulation event evaluations and would like to benchmark with you. What types of evaluations are you using for simulations, such as different levels of Kirkpatrick or others?
Thank you for sharing any insights.
