The IPSS Academy: Simulation Foundations course offers a comprehensive introduction to the fundamentals of pediatric simulation education through a series of engaging and informative recorded videos with supporting documents and exercises. This self-paced course with 3+ hours of content is designed for individuals interested in enhancing their understanding and proficiency in simulation-based learning. This course covers essential topics such as simulation design, scenario development, debriefing techniques, and best practices in pediatric simulation. Participants will have the flexibility to access the course content at their convenience, allowing them to learn at their own pace and revisit key concepts as needed. Whether you are a novice or an experienced educator, the IPSS Academy: Simulation Foundations course equips you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in pediatric simulation education. The instructors for this course are Brittany Dahlen, Muhammad Elhady Muhammad Elgasim, Jabeen Fayyaz, Adeel Khatri, and Nordia Thompson-Newell.

*Completion of the Simulation Foundations is highly encouraged before completing Simulation Design and Practice.
